INTRODUCTION TO SURFACE COATING
‘Intech’ is a group of companies involved in providing complete Surface Coating and Material handling solutions under one roof.
Statfield Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is the pioneering company in the field of manufacturing of Powder coating and Liquid painting equipments (Electrostatic, Airless and Conventional). We also manufacture Reciprocators, Automatic Oscillators, auto guns, bell applicators, powder discs etc.
1. Powder Coating - We have been continuously upgrading the technologies since 1988. At present we have introduced new Batch type Electrostatic Powder Coating Equipment series ‘MAGNUM AND MAXIM'. The equipment consists Shalaka-17 gun featured with hyper corona charging, Fold back characteristics, Touch trigger, facilities like Direct suction from powder carton, powder controls on gun itself and different types of nozzles like swirl, star, flat, metallic, etc. The equipment is sturdy and maintenance free. We are the first ones to introduce the integration concept of Powder coating equipment and booth. One of the unique features of is 98.5% powder recovery due to multicyclone arrangement. The features improve quality and reduce capital cost, labour cost, colour change cost, space etc. 25% capital expenditure is reduced and 50% more production can be established.
2. Electrostatic Painting - Statfield has crossed a new milestone by introducing the cascade in barrel technology in its Electrostatic liquid painting Equipment named CHARJET-L. It has highly efficient charging system with low energy, thus increasing operator safety and reducing fire risk for paints having less flash point. This gun is easy for cleaning and maintenance. Also suitable for metallic paint and gives 40 to 50 % paint saving, good quality finish. Fans, LPG Cylinders, Bicycles, Automobile parts are the main applications.
3. Airless painting - These equipments are suitable for very big articles like rail coaches, ships etc. A very high viscous paint can be sprayed to give high coating thickness in single pass and speed of painting is also very high. We have special Airless equipments which find applications in Textile Industries, Pharmaceutical Industries for tablet coating, Roof coating, food canning, rust preventive coating etc.
4. Paint transfer pump - These are the pneumatically operated piston type pumps that are ideal replacement for bulky pressure feed containers. Uninterrupted paint supply of uncontaminated paint, easy handling and quick colour change are some of its advantages.
5. Pneumatic Stirrer – Stirrer helps in continuous stirring to avoid accumulation of solid particles hence improving quality and finish of painting.

7. RECIPROCATOR: Reciprocator is used for,
